On Saturday February 22, 2025, the Société Ivoirienne de Raffinage
(SIR) sports complex was the venue for the launch of the mining, oil and
energy sector tournament for the year 2025. The ceremony, chaired by Minister Mamadou Sangafowa
COULIBALY, was attended by many
general managers and key players in the sector.
KUYO PIPELINE CONSTRUCTION ET MAINTENANCE was once again very much in evidence at this 11th edition of sporting activities in the Mining, Oil & Energy sector

, with the presence of its Managing Director, Ms KUYO Vanessa.
It was the perfect opportunity to get together with all the players in the
sector, as well as with its staff, at a giant fitness event attended by the Minister
Mamadou Sangafowa-COULIBALY.
The Tournoi du secteur des Mines, du Pétrole et de l’Energie is an
initiative of Mr. Ibrahima DOUMBIA, Managing Director of Gestoci, which aims to
promote health and social cohesion through sport.
In his speech, Minister Mamadou Sangafowa-COULIBALY hailed the
approach: “Sport rhymes with physical and moral health. Sport helps
to increase the productivity of human capital”, he says.
More than twenty companies will be taking part in this 11th edition of
in disciplines such as maracana, pétanque, scrabble, a checkers,
men’s and women’s athletics, men’s and women’s soccer, to name but a few.
