Management team

The management team is made up of young managers headed by a Managing Director, surrounded by her direct collaborators who oversee the Technical, Financial and Accounting & Human Resources functions.

The various members of the Top Management team have a
significant and proven experience in their respective fields, and
share a common directorial vision focused on :

Management by Objectives

The role consists of setting, negotiating, monitoring and assessing results: measuring staff performance fairly, evaluating staff potential on the basis of the most objective elements possible, and implementing a merit-based policy.

Strategic Management

Which is the set of decisions that
are the responsibility of the company’s management, and aim to define the company’s strategy. These strategic decisions have a long-term impact, and their main aim is to ensure the company’s development and long-term future. This strategic management is supported by operational management.

Good corporate governance

is the set of organizational and market mechanisms for controlling the exercise of General Management, both in terms of economic performance and social and societal responsibility (ethical, ecological, etc.). These key elements are examined through the quality of the articulation of workers at certain levels in decision-making, to the rule of law. These include laws on the protection of human rights, employment contracts, labor law and collective agreements, transparency, consensus-building, accountability and strategic vision.
